How To Craft Heirlooms In Dungeonborne
Heirlooms are an excellent way to gain a battle advantage in Dungeonborne, but crafting and acquiring them will require a couple of steps to perform.
In this case, we will analyze which classes are the best for PvE, with details on their pros, cons, skills, passives, and best ways to play them. These are the top classes ranked from the hardest to play to the most powerful and balanced.
7 Cryomancer
Great At Crowd Control, But Squishy
- Pros: Slows Down Targets and Area Damage
- Cons: Low Health, Too Resource Dependant
- Skill Level Required: High
The Cryomancer is a great combo between a range damage dealer and a support crowd controller, able to channel powerful gusts of icy wind to deal considerable area damage and slow down targets, while also cursing single targets with a life-draining DoT. Its greatest combo is Ice Storm and Ice Barrier, which allows the Cryomancer to create a movable DoT Area spell while turning invulnerable.
It is one of the best classes to deal area damage, but it is highly recommended that fans play as part of a team, since it is squishy and reliant on Soul Energy, which can only be obtained by killing targets. When out of Soul Energy, the Cryomancer is the most vulnerable class both in PvP and PvE, so that's why it is not recommended for solo players.
6 Pyromancer
Great At Single Target Damage
- Pros: Great At Causing Lots Of Damage, Single Target Nuke
- Cons: Skills Are Loud, Squishy, No Survival Skills
- Skill Required: High
The Pyromancer boasts the highest damage output of all classes and can cut down large chunks of health from the strongest of monsters and bosses in a flash. However, its spells are considerably loud, revealing its position to enemy players, which puts them at risk if they go solo.
Additionally, the Pyromancer has great cooldown reduction passives and can stack spells one above the other. Since it requires mana to operate, it is also reliant on Mana Potions, which is another big no for solo players. This class is optimized for group play and is the core of every party that wants to challenge the hardest creatures of the dungeon.
5 Death Knight
Good Initiator, Tanky
- Pros: Great At Area Damage, Shields, Life Steal
- Cons: Slow, Cooldown Reliant
- Skill Required: Moderate
The Death Knight is a powerful mixture of melee and area damage dealer, with access to Soul Energy-empowered spells that grant him a protective shield, as well as allow him to grab opponents and drag them into melee range. Its passives are mainly focused on survivability, making it considerably tanky and good in solo play.

Elden Ring Fans Shouldn't Sleep on Dungeonborne
There are countless dungeon crawlers and Soulslikes on Steam, but there's one upcoming game that Elden Ring fans need to keep an eye on.
Since it uses heavy armor, it can be slow, and its clunky noises can be heard from afar, so those are its main weak points. Its cooldowns are quite high unless fans invest in the correct stats to unlock its passives, and while it is a consistent solo play-focused class, it can become a powerful ally in every party as an off-tank. Ideal for beginner players.
4 Priest
The Main Healer Of The Party
- Pros: Good at support
- Cons: Slow, Squishy, No Damage
- Skill Required: High
The Priest is one of the few classes that can directly heal other party members and it is the pillar of every balanced party in Dungeonborne. While it has access to powerful support and healing spells, it is not suited for solo play and is heavily reliant on tanks that have to protect him at all times.
Using a priest as a solo player is asking to be killed since it has the lowest HP pool of all magic classes. But if players want to challenge the last bosses of the dungeon and reap the best rewards, playing as a Priest in a multiplayer queue is the easiest way to get great loot, since they're always in high demand. Fans just need to learn how to heal efficiently, since it can take a few runs until they get the hang of it.
3 Fighter
The Best Tank, But Slow Attacker
- Pros: Strongest Tank, Buffs, Great Melee Damage Output
- Cons: Poor Mobility, Loud, Easy Target
- Skill Required: Moderate
The Fighter is the best tank class in the game, with great damage control and access to group buffs that can turn the tide of battle. The Fighter is the pinnacle of dungeoneering, suitable both for solo-play and multiplayer delves. While its mobility is considerably low, and it can become an easy target for Rogues, Druids, and Swordmasters, it can resist a lot until it falls and is a relatively easy class to master.
Its main disadvantage is its slow attack speed, which can be compensated using the Battle Cry ability, which buffs attack and move speed. Whirlwind is a great ability to counter swarming enemies, as well as a good cleaning skill when partying up in co-op mode. Finally, the Fighter passives can be categorized depending on which role is taken. For tanking, Vengeful Riposte and Restraint are a must, while Weapon Mastery and Proficiency are great for dealing area damage and aggroing several enemies.
2 Swordmaster
Fast, Versatile, Good For Solo Players
- Pros: Fast, Versatile, Can Turn Invisible, Initiator, Chaser
- Cons: Skills Consume Swords
- Skill Required: Low
The Swordmaster is a lone wolf that excels at stalking and chasing their opponents. It is the best Initiator class, with lots of versatility. From damage reduction, to single-target nuke skills, this class has all it needs for solo play. Sadly, it is not as useful in co-op as it should be, and it performs best when it is not restricted by having to carry the group.

Dark and Darker: How Item Trading and Selling Works
Become a master trader in Dark and Darker with this guide, which explains the process and strategies of effective trading in the game.
Since its damage output is great, this class is good for exploring and looting fast, and its passive skills are considerably helpful to beat single opponents or to escape from ambushes. The Swordmaster excels at causing critical damage, but its abilities are powered by a strange resource: Swords. Players must carry at least two sets of four swords every time they delve to fuel their skill usage.
1 Druid
Great Area Damage, Great At Melee, The Best Mobility
- Pros: Powerful Area Damage, Can Turn Into A Panther, Can Detect Enemy Players
- Cons: Lowest Health Pool, Vulnerable In Elf Shape
- Skill Required: Low
The best class for rookie players, the Druid is able to use staffs and orbs and cast weapon spells like the Cryomancer and Pyromancer. But, its main advantage is that this class has access to shapeshifting, and can turn into a powerful melee chaser beast with the Panther Form. Its secondary skill can summon a Treant, that will deal heavy blows in a circular area, where players can prowl around and protect themselves while casting spells or waiting for their Primal Awakening Pounce cooldown.
Every time the Treant deals damage, it creates a shield for the Druid, so damage mitigation comes with every chunk of damage the summon deals. It is the perfect class for both solo play and co-op since it combines many of the good things of other classes while having access to great survivability and the Invisibility passive of the Elven Race.
