About Us!

The Sigma Quality Group was founded in 1990 to serve the needs of start-up companies in California's Silicon Valley. The focus was to establish quality systems using engineering principles. The founders were engineers with extensive engineering experience in both the high tech and aerospace industries. Their experience in industry pointed out the need to develop complete quality systems.

Shortly after the Sigma Quality Group was founded ISO 9000 was introduced and soon became the standard for quality systems. The principles of the Sigma Quality Group became certified quality systems auditors in order to better serve their clients needs.

To date Sigma Quality Group has aided over 100 companies to ISO 9000 compliance and beyond. The new derivatives of ISO 9000 (AS 9001, TL 9000 and TST 16949) offer a new challenge as well as the implementation of ISO 9001-2000. Backed by extensive experience the Sigma Quality Group is poised to bring your company or organization to full compliance or to aide you in becoming a more efficient, effective and profitable organization.

Today the Sigma Quality Group offers an expanded program which encompasses the elements of ISO 9001:2000, SMART Processing Ó and other necessary elements to create a well balanced quality and business management system.
